Congratulations to Adam Shaw who finished as 1st "super vet" at the Roade Triathlon and to Sarah Hollis, 2nd female, and Peter Cowler, 2nd male, in the Duathlon at Sywell Country Park.

 There was good club representation across all distances at yesterdays foggy "Run Through" event in Bedford with notable performances from Jason French 1st in the 20 miles; Alice Belcher 2nd female in the half marathon and 5th overall in the race; Jon Norton 2nd in the 16 miles; Alex Pitt

A century of marathons

Congratulations to James Terry who completed his 100th marathon today. James has completed this impressive achievement running marathons in 14 countries over 5 continents and completing all of the worlds major marathons.
