Lakelands 100 Ultra

Great performances from Ben Shirley and Helen Etherington in the Lakelands 100. Ben 46th (39th male) 28:16:56 and Helen 245th (38th female) 37:46:19.

Thursday 22nd July Training

This Thursday (22nd July), the whole club will meet at Irchester Country Park at 6:30pm, instead of our usual training at Old Grammarians. Instead of the traditional pre-Welly 5 BBQ run we will be holding club night at Irchester Country Park and will also be testing out the Park Run 5k
