Bad weather and dinosaurs

Belated well done and commiserations to Zac ONeil who was 55 miles into the Scotland Ultra 100 last weekend when deteriorating weather forced the events cancellation. While at Irchester Country Parkrun's 2nd anniversary dinosaurs could be seen in the rain....................

From Manchester to Silverstone

Some great performances today at the Run Silverstone event and the Manchester Marathon today. Well done to Nic Butter who ran her first marathon in Manchester in a time of 4:14. At Silverstone Jason French came 3rd in the half-marathon with Mark Bonham and Marc Sanderson posting good performances. In the 10K

Big team and individual performances at the Rugby 10

Congratulations to our ladies, mens & combined team winners at today's Rugby 10 meaning we have won all three sections of the NRRL. Alice Belcher followed up last weeks win in the Northampton Half-Marathon by becoming the county 10 mile champion plus there were notable age graded gold & silver winning
