Night-time running – be seen, be safe

It's now that time of year to ensure we are all running safely. Please ensure you wear hi-viz and reflective clothing for all club sessions plus a head/body torch and no headphones so you can be completely aware of your surroundings and hear your coach. The same advice applies when you

WDAC full score for England Athletics Club Standards

The club has been working hard over several months to achieve all 7 elements of England Athletics "Club Standards" and we are pleased to say that we have now done this. Far from being complacent we will continue to work on making improvements on how we deliver all of the standards

Rugby 6 – final race of EMGP 2024

Another set of good performances from the team in the final race of the series. Our senior ladies were 3rd overall for the series as were our mens vet' team. Congratulations to all.

“Welly 5” 2024

Well done to everyone who ran and volunteered to make today's "Welly 5" a great success.  A special mention for our partners at Go Beyond and our good friends at Stanwick Races and First Responders who provided medical cover. See you all next year!

Colworth Marathon weekend day 3

A good final day of the marathon challenge with Fran' Culpin 3rd in the ladies race and finishing 2nd lady overall and Louise Kemp 1st in the ladies V45 category. The ladies team finished 2nd overall. Well done to all.

Another good performance by Fran' Culpin to finish 2nd in the 8.1 trail race and 1st place for Louise Kemp in her v45 age category. With one day remaining the club is in a good position to challenge for the overall team prize.
