Congratulations to Alice Collins who won the County Mile to become U15 champion at the NAA Chairmans Cup in Daventry yesterday. Colworth successes

There were great performances at the Colworth Challenge weekend series of races with Jon Kemp 1st in the vet45 category in the trail, half-marathon and overall challenge. An equally impressive performance from Paula Faller 1st vet35 in the trail. Well done to everyone who took part in uncomfortable running conditions.

Impressive club representation at the Corby 5

There was an impressive club turn-out at last nights "Corby 5" with members comprising 14% of the field. This was reflected in the teams performance with our senior & masters women's teams placing 2nd overall in both categories and the mens seniors placing 4th overall with the masters 2nd overall.

On track at Silverstone

There was good club representation at last nights 40th Silverstone 10K, part of the EMGP with the team coming in a creditable 4th place. Congratulations to Joseph Abel 1st male WDAC runner home in a time of 39:30 and to Sophie Moss 1st female club runner home in a time of

Flying juniors at the MK Rocket 5K

Helen wins Stanwick 10K!

There were some great results for the club at today's Stanwick 10K.  Congrtaulations to Helen Murfitt who won the ladies race; Joseph Abel who was 2nd overall and age group wins for Kat Baxter-Smith, Gillian Brightwell and Jason French. In the juniors race Jaydon Kenyon finished in an impressive 2nd

Bedford Junior Aquathon success

Congratulations to three of our juniors, Jessica, Hannah and Matthew who all competed in Bedford yesterday. Jessica won her age group category and Matthew finished third in his. Well done to them all.

Louise, 5 years of continuous daily runs !

Club member Louise Kemp has now completed 5 years of continuous daily runs of at least 2 miles. Louise started this impressive streak on 28th March 2020 during the first covid lockdown and has kept going through all sorts of weather and even ran around Gatwick airport at 12:15 a.m.
