Successes at Colworth

Well done to everyone who represented the club at the weather affected Colworth race series. Winner of the Half-Marathon and Challenge races in the female V45 category was Louise Kemp and not to be out done Jon Kemp was the winner of the male V45 category.

Congratulations to Sally Hewitt who ran her 600th parkrun on Saturday at Queensway. An incredible achievement!

Extreme weather/high temperatures

The current high temperatures will have an effect on your running and running sessions. Under the clubs protocols should the temperature exceed 33 degrees sessions will be automatically cancelled. Sessions planned for the high 20's - l0w 30's will be adapted to reduce intensity.
