New Irchester Country Parkrun record for Alice

Alice Belcher reduced her previous Irchester Country Parkrun course record yesterday by 28 seconds to finish in a time of 17:54 - one of the fastest female Parkrun times by a woman this week.

W&DAC at the Midlands XC championships and Bedford 10 mile

The club was represented at the Midlands XC by Alice Belcher, Kelly Barnett and Francesca Molossi-Murphy and Jon Kemp with the ladies team placing high up the rankings with Alice 7th overall.   In Bedford there were impressive performances Joe Ramsden, Paul Huckle, Craig Wilmer and Rob Day.

Ben conquers the “Arc of Attrition” 100 mile race

The awesome Ben Shirley finished in a more than impressive 20th place in this years "Arc of Attrition" 100 mile race (https://mudcrew.co.uk/events/arc-of-attrition/) around the Cornish coast, huge congratulations to Ben an amazing achievement!

Big PB’s at the “Fred Hughes 10”

Congratulations to Francesca Molossi-Murpy and Lydia Wilkie who posted big new PB's at today's "Fred Hughes 10" race in Bedmond, St Albans. Fran' finished in a time of 1:08:26/1:07:53 (chip time) and Lydia in 1:17:22/1:15:58 (chip time). Well done to both.

Friday's awards night and Christmas party was held at the Hind Hotel and was well attended by club members.
