It's National Volunteers Week so an opportunity to thank all of the volunteers who help keep our club running - committee members; coaches and run leaders; event volunteers; family members and friends. Without you the club would not operate.

From Northampton to Harborough via Marlow

Extreme weather/high temperatures

The current high temperatures will have an effect on your running and running sessions. Under the clubs protocols should the temperature exceed 33 degrees sessions will be automatically cancelled. Sessions planned for the high 20's - l0w 30's will be adapted to reduce intensity.
