Tuesday session changes

During November and December all Tuesday club sessions will be based from the OG's, Oxford Street, Wellingborough. Thursday sessions remain at the OG's, Sywell Road. All session details and locations will be made available on "Spond" where club members should book onto their group sessions. Additionally we will be trialling Tuesday

Alice retains Northampton Half Marathon title. Natasha wins 6.9.

Another excellent performance by Alice Belcher who was 1st lady (10th overall) in today's Northampton Half-Marathon in a time of 1:19:56 retaining the title she won last year. Jonny sets new club record half marathon time

Congratulations to Jonny Reep who, subject to confirmation, set a new club half-marathon record with a time of 1:12:35 at todays Great North Run. A big well done also to Nic Butter, Sarah Partridge-Underwood and Michael Berry who put in solid performances at the event.
