Well done to everyone who survived the torrential rain today at our home Three Counties XC in Croyland Park and at the Running GP in Bedford where Jason French impressively completed his 3rd marathon in 21 days having run the Chester marathon on 2nd October in 2:38:20, the Boston marathon on 9th October in 2:34:01 and the Bedford Running GP marathon today 23rd October in 2:32:52.
On a less rainy Saturday Greg Spellman won the Dukeries 10 miler in 1:14:23.
