WDAC members have been on the road again this weekend - the start of the cross country season in Oxford; the Great South Run, Cambridge half-marathon and closer to home the Irchester Countrypark Run. Just a selection of the green, and not so green, team. Thanks to John Woods for the Irchester

Some great performances today at the Run Silverstone event and the Manchester Marathon today. Well done to Nic Butter who ran her first marathon in Manchester in a time of 4:14. Big team and individual performances at the Rugby 10

Congratulations to our ladies, mens & combined team winners at today's Rugby 10 meaning we have won all three sections of the NRRL. Alice Belcher followed up last weeks win in the Northampton Half-Marathon by becoming the county 10 mile champion plus there were notable age graded gold & silver winning
