Wanted – new club coaches/run leaders

We are looking for the next generation of coaches/run leaders for the club. If you are interested in starting this journey the first step would be to undertake the Leadership in Running Fitness (LiRF) course the cost of which will be met by the club in return for you making

W&DAC now uses “Spond”

  Since the beginning of August the club has started to use "Spond" to organise training sessions; events; membership & news etc. "Spond" is used by many other running clubs as well as other sporting teams and will hopefully make life easier for the volunteers who help run W&DAC.

Bedford Team Relays success

It was 1st place for our ladies team comprising of  Martine, Amy & Sarah at yesterdays Bedford Team Relays. Coming in a creditable 5th was the second ladies team comprising of Jess, Sally & Kat. Completing a successful day the mens team of Pete, Chris & Dan came in 4th (&
