Another excellent performance by Alice Belcher who was 1st lady (10th overall) in today’s Northampton Half-Marathon in a time of 1:19:56 retaining the title she won last year. In 4th place (overall) was Jason French in a time of 1:16:40.
There was another notable performance in the 6.9 race with Natasha Martin 1st lady home in a time of 45:21.
Well done to everyone from the club who took part in both races.
Well done also to John Wayland who was representing England at the Bristol 10k today, and to Alexander Pitt who ran a rapid 18:55 at Irchester Parkrun yesterday (not a race- but still an achievement he has worked towards all summer in track races).
