Flying juniors at the MK Rocket 5K

Some impressive performances by some of the clubs juniors, (and seniors!), at the MK Rocket 5K held over the bank holiday weekend.

Helen wins Stanwick 10K!

There were some great results for the club at today's Stanwick 10K.  Congrtaulations to Helen Murfitt who won the ladies race; Joseph Abel who was 2nd overall and age group wins for Kat Baxter-Smith, Gillian Brightwell and Jason French. In the juniors race Jaydon Kenyon finished in an impressive 2nd

Bedford Junior Aquathon success

Congratulations to three of our juniors, Jessica, Hannah and Matthew who all competed in Bedford yesterday. Jessica won her age group category and Matthew finished third in his. Well done to them all.

Club record breaker

Yet another superb performance by Jonny Reep setting a new club half-marathon record of 1:10:28 in Bath yesterday.

Inter-Counties XC

At the Inter-Counties XC held at Wollaton Park, Nottingham last Saturday the club was proud to have five members representing Northamptonshire - Matthew Kemp (U15); Sophie Moss; Amy Robinson & Louise Kemp (snr ladies) and Jon Kemp (snr men).

Jason wins in record time at the Pitsford Trail races

Congratulations to Jason French who won the Pitsford Trail Half Marathon in a new course record of 1:27:15. Well done to everyone who represented the club in the "Race Harborough" half-marathon and 10k event.     

WDAC at the National XC, Parliament Hill

Well done to Jon Kemp, Louise Kemp, Mathew Kemp (u15) and Gillian Brightwell who ran in the extremely tough, muddy National XC event last weekend.  

Jason triumphs in the mud

Another outstanding performance by Jason French who won the Lyveden Way 15K Trail Race at the weekend in a time of 1:03:59. Congratulations also to Paula Thomas who was 3rd lady home in the 7.5K race.
