Club member Louise Kemp has just exceeded over 1,ooo days, 3 years+, of  running at least 2 miles per day. Also shortly due to reach the same mark is Martin Newton. Impressive stuff!

WDAC Tri in Europe

Congratulations to Phil Kidd and Mark Moriarty who are in the European Standard Distance Duathlon finals in Venice this weekend. Phil has won a silver medal and Mark had a top 10 finish.    

Waterway 30 winner

Inter Counties Cross Country Championships
