A hot few days of racing

A busy, and hot few days, with club members running at the "Harborough 5", "Castle Ashby 5K", "Colworth Challenge" and "Northampton 10K" where new club member Gareth got his first medal in a club vest. At the "Colworth Challenge"  Greg Macdonald won the V45 categories for the marathon challenge & trail

Harborough 5 – the heat is on

Weekend round-up

Congratulations to Dawn Holloway who completed the London-Paris bike ride at the weekend in aid of leukaemia research. There was a large turn-out for the club at Friday's "Blisworth 5" with our ladies senior team taking 1st place and the mens vets team 2nd place. Next stop the "Harborough 5".

Mid-week round-up

Once again there was good club representation for GB in Madrid for the 2023 Europe Triathlon Championships at the weekend with debuts by Martine Crofts and Sarah Louise Hollis in the GB age-group team. A special mention for Phil Kidd who finished 4th in his age group in the sprint

Speedy at Silverstone

A good turn-out and start to the EMGP/NRRL season at Silverstone on Wednesday night with strong team performances. Thanks to Neil Macdonald for the photos.

County Track & Field Championships Day 1 (13/5/23)

It was gold for Francesca Molossi-Murphy in both the senior ladies 800m & 1500m which she contested 15 minutes apart. In the under 17's Alex Pitt set a new PB of 2:08:80 winning bronze in the 800m and a good performance from Ogheneruno Umurhohwo who came 7th in the under 13's
