Gold for Phil Kidd

Congratulations to Phil Kidd who won gold at the weekend in the Aquathlon part of the European Finals held in Belgium. Also participating in Belgium in the 70.3 Triathlon Finals were Steve Adams, Sarah Louise Hollis and Chris Middleton who all posted impressive performances.

Outlaw debut

Huge congratulations to Helen Etherington who completed her first full distance (Iron-woman) triathlon in Nottingham at the weekend.

Tri success in Bedford

Congratulations to the WDAC ladies "Dream Team" joint 1st place winners at the Bedford Team Relays and to "TeamBoyBerry" 3rd place in the mens category.  

Rugby running

There was a good club turn-out at the final EMGP in Rugby last night with the ladies team 3rd/ladies masters 5th and the men's team 7th/masters 3rd. Next race is the NRRL  "Sunset 5K" at Desborough.      

End of an era for John

Farewell to John Hullett who has retired from over a decade coaching with our junior section as well as many years as a club member. John's final session was a "school sports day" multi-event with the juniors out performing the seniors! We are also pleased to make John an Honorary

Corby 5

Parkrun venues centurion
