Your membership is now due for renewal and the renewal system is now open.
The renewal fee for this year is £45, to reflect an increase in the fee for registering with English Athletics, and to take account of the fact the fees have remained unchanged for a number of years
Two winners yesterday at the Battle of Brampton Valley Way Ultra - congratulations to Helen Murfitt 1st lady in a time of 4:08:57 and Jason French 1st man home in a time of 2:59:23. Brilliant performances by both.

There were great performances by club members at today's Stanwick 10K with both the men's and women's teams coming second and Jason French coming home first male vet runner. Well done to everyone from the club who took part and to the race organisers for another quality event.

6th October - Rugby 10 miles
