Blisworth5: 6 members ran this new challenging course Bedford Triathalon & W'boro5 added Tiffield 4, Chairmans Cup, NAA Mile Champs, & BBQ run results added Emberton CowMan: 4 club teams took part in the relay and Melanie Ryding entered the individual event. With team B (Priest/Hale/Ellwood) getting 3rd.

The club meets at 6:30pm on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at the Old Grammarians Memorial Sports Ground, Sywell Road, Wellingborough. We have groups to suit all abilities - all are welcome to join.  More info here Junior section also meet at the same ground at 6:30pm on Thursdays Training sessions for each of the groups are posted here
