Thursday sessions will generally consist of a quality / speed / strength session
From 1st May, the groups will operate as follows, based upon a recent 10K time:
1. Tim's group, assisted by Sarah, below 44 mins
2. Tony's group, assisted by Tracy Stacey, 44 to 49 mins
3. Andrew's group, assistant to be appointed, 49 to 53 mins
4. Sally's group, assisted by Tracey Craker, Paul and Kirsty, 53 to 60 mins

Tuesday 2nd October
Barnwell Road, left into Gleneagles Drive, left onto Hardwick Road to Broad Green. Onto Gold Street, right into Cross Road, then left down Finedon Road. Left into Finedon Road Industrial Estate. At roundabout take right hand road and run around FRIE the long way. Along cycle path to back of Ock n Dough pub, over bridge and back to Redwell.
Thursday 4th October
Mile loops, Barnwell Road.
Warm up,1 loop slow.
4 loops x 85% effort. 2-3 mins recovery between.
1 loop cool down.
Tuesday 9th October
Left onto Waterworks Lane, right into Harrowden Road to Broad Green. Down Westfield Road, left into Arthur Street, then over to Croyland Road. Right onto Doddington Road, right into Kingsway, over Northampton Road to Queensway. Along Gleneagles Drive, turn right into Barnwell Road and back to Redwell.
Thursday 11th October
800m sprints, Barnwell Road and Waterworks Lane.
Warm up, 1 lap slow.
6 x 800 m. 2 mins recovery between.
1 lap cool down.
Tuesday 16th October
Waterworks Lane to Harrowden Road to Broad Green. Westfield Road, Northampton Road, left onto cycle path opposite Sainsburys. Cycle path to town centre, right into London Road, right onto Turnells Mill Lane. (Take slip road before Tescos and run behind main Tesco entrance). Up Turnells Mill Lane, right into Doddington Road, Kingsway, Queensway, Gleneagles Drive and right into Barnwell Road to Redwell.
Thursday 18th October
Figure of 8 repeats.
Barnwell Road and path between making the figure of 8 route.
Warm up, 1 lap slow.
6 repeats, 2 mins recovery between.
1 lap cool down.
Tuesday 23rd October
Waterworks Lane to Harrowden Road. At traffic lights cross road onto The Pyghtle. At top of The Pyghtle, turn left into Gold Street. Right onto Cross Road, left into Finedon Road, then right into Eastfield Road. Right into Irthlingborough Road, across London Road to Broadway and onto Croyland Road. Left into Northampton Road, right into Queensway, then Gleneagles Drive, Barnwell Road and Redwell.
Thursday 25th October
Hill sprints under bridge near to Ock n Dough.
Tuesday 30th October
Barnwell Road, left into Gleneagles Drive, Queensway to Northampton Road. Kingsway to Doddington Road, right then left into Turnells Mill Lane, Embankment, Senwick Road, Eastfield Road to Finedon Road. Right into Finedon Road, then left into Finedon Road Industrial Estate. Left onto cycle path past Ock n Dough pub, over bridge and back to Redwell.
