Temporary changes to car parking at OG’s

OG's have advised that "as of Monday 6th June we will be having work done to the main car park area at the sports-field. Visitors will still be able to use the back/overflow car parks while the work is being carried out. All customers will need to enter via the driveway as usual

Tri success home & abroad

A huge well done to Amy Kelly who was 3rd female at the Box End Sprint Tri and to Neil McDonald for coming 6th in his age category at the Olympic Tri in Poland.

June 2nd training sessions cancelled

There will be no formal training sessions on 2nd June (Bank Holiday), however, for anyone who wants to run there will be an informal mixed group run at Irchester Country Park. Meet by the cafe at 18:30.

Banbury 5

Well done to everyone who ran the "Banbury 5" as part of the East Midlands Grand Prix. Congratulations to Alice Belcher who ran 28:30, a pb by 2 minutes.

A Tri-ing weekend

A busy weekend for club members at the county track & field championships in Corby; the Dorney Lake Sprint Tri Qualifier; St Neots Tri and the Shires & Spires event. Well done to Alex Pitt who took 7 seconds off his 1,500m p.b. running 4:41:35; Jon Kemp 18:47:30 in the 5,000m;
